Rip + Stack

Rip + Stack is an Austin, TX outfit that fabricates home goods out of metal and wood. Their name refers to the “ripping” of a saw blade through timber and the “stacking of dimes” — a term used by welders to describe the perfect beading technique. The wordmark alludes to bent bars of steel while the logo is a hieroglyph depicting the aforementioned blade and beads. 

Earth tones speak to the natural materials used in Rip + Stack’s creations: wood in its various shades of stain and metal patinaed by hands and the elements. But they also just seem to scream “WE MAKE STUFF!”
